SUMMARY:Queen Elizabeth Extended Circular Walk - 7 miles
DESCRIPTION:Meeting at 9.15am for a 9.30am start at The Queen Elizabeth Cou
 ntry Park visitor centre we will enjoy a 6.7 mile walk winding through the 
 woods of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park taking in War Down and Buriton Ch
 alk Pits. Hopefully we will be able to spot some wildlife as we make our wa
 y around. There are a number of hills to climb on this walk and some of the
  paths can be a little slippery in places after rain but the views are amaz
 ing and worth the climb. A moderate/harder walk for some. Allowing 3.5 hour
 s for the walk as it will be at a slower pace because of the hills.\nPlease
  note there are multi-user trails on this route\, with mountain bikers\, ru
 nners\, and walkers all using the paths. Take care on the rougher sections 
 of this trail\, especially in wetter weather. Appropriate footwear is advis
 ed. Parking fees are mandatory to access the main visitor centre car park. 
 The route takes in a mix of sights and terrains as we make our way around. 
 Parking\, refreshments and facilities are available during opening hours at
  the start and finish only . Dogs on leads are welcome\, £2 donation for t
 his walk towards our charity of the month this walk is approx. 6.7 miles 11
